October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
It is estimated 1 in every 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime, of which 5 to 10 percent will be hereditary. Understanding breast cancer risk and early detection are crucial to provide the best care to patients and at-risk individuals.
