Join our virtual MLPA Raw Data Evaluation and Troubleshooting workshop on Wednesday 13 July 2022 from 12:00 to 16:00 CEST* (convenient for Europe, Western Asia and the Eastern Americas) to learn more about MLPA® data evaluation and how to troubleshoot your data.

* Times are in Central European Summer Time (CEST), which is at UTC+02:00. Take care to use CEST and not CET when converting to your local time.

Program

MLPA raw data evaluation and troubleshooting
MLPA raw data and peak pattern analysis using examples from daily practice. Instructions on how to recognise and solve common problems with MLPA data.

Practical session MLPA raw data evaluation and troubleshooting
Several cases of problematic MLPA experiments are analysed by the participants and responses are recorded via virtual polling. 

Practical information

Participants must have a computer and access to a reliable internet connection. The computer must have one of the following browsers installed: Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Due to the interactive nature of the workshop all participants must use their own computer. It is not possible for multiple participants to join the workshop from one registration/computer. Participants who are present and actively participate for the entire virtual workshop as measured by polling responses will receive a certificate of completion.

For whom?

A basic understanding of the MLPA technique as well as hands-on experience with MLPA is required. Experience with MRC Holland's free Coffalyser.Net software is not required. All virtual workshops are held in English unless stated otherwise.
