Wanted: positive DNA samples

MRC Holland is looking for positive samples to be used in testing and developing of our products.

• Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) / Angelman Syndrome (AS):
  - PWS uniparental disomy (UPD)
  - PWS deletion
  - AS UPD or
  - AS deletion
• CYP11B1-CYP11B2 fusion gene
• Parkinson:
  - PARK2 triplication
  - PINK1 deletion (heterozygous or homozygous)
  - PARK7 homozygous deletion
• MSH2 exon 2 to 6 inversion

Our offer:

PWS/AS, CYP11B1-CYP11B2 fusion or Parkinson:

• 1 – 5 µg of sample DNA: 25 reactions of an MLPA probemix of choice for free
• >5 µg of sample DNA: 50 reactions of an MLPA probemix of choice for free

MSH2 exon 2 to 6 inversions:

• 1 – 5 µg of sample DNA: 100 reactions of an MLPA probemix of choice for free
